Absolutely, hands down, THE BEST waterproof eye makeup remover EVER. I always use waterproof mascara because my eyes water and I’m a cryer 🤪. Nothing gets off my waterproof mascara like this stuff. I’ve been using it forever and it’s hard to find in the stores!! Very effective and conditions lashes too! I only use it at night though because of the conditioning oils.

I have used this product for longer than I can remember because it works so great for waterproof mascara and doesn't leave an oily residue. Just a little does the job. I am upset to find that the company is no longer making this product - why????? Sometimes I think they don't care about all the years this product has been used by their customers, and without warning takes it away. That's the only negative I have to say about the product.

Works great to remove my waterproof mascara and all day lip stick.Just put a puddle in my palm use finger to massage into my eye lashes and my lips, rub off with a wet washcloth and wella!! Done!
