The yummiest cheese! Now I am addicted. It’s strong, so even a little goes a long way in recipes. It’s definitely worth the cost.

Good quality but turned moldy within 10 days
I'm not sure how long these are supposed to last in the fridge. We bought two and must have used up the first one within 10 days by which time we noticed blue mold on the second one. Threw it away. Buy accordingly. Shelf life seems much lesser than parmesan. But the quality is decent and is good value for money if you make sure to finish it up in a week or two.
I'm never going back...

Dear Anonymous Bolo reviewers,Thank you so much. I had given up on cheese due to extreme lactose intolerance. I had tried vegan cheeses which turned out to be worse than no cheese at all. Then I read your reviews and, with trepidation, I tried Pecorino Romano. OMG- it is real cheese and I can eat it with no side effects! I used it in some sauces and it worked great. I just had a piece of bread with Miyoko vegan butter, Branston pickle and Pecorino Romano and it was terrific.Please keep posting as your collective wisdom is extremely helpful.
