Wow, not for nothing, but I have never seen such a great product and presentation. I have used other brands before. They were messy, and my samples had no proper way of security. I can't imagine the turbulation my precious samples went through. This company 247labkit took the time to engineer this kit.My results took 2 days after arrival, so fast reports. I recommend this kit.

I bought this kit for convenience purposes and I was not disappointed. 24/7 Labs is doing something groundbreaking with this product. I hate going to the doctor and I loved that I got to top this in the privacy of my own home. Results came back fast fast and gave me piece of mind when it comes to my health. I highly recommend this product.

You don’t register to an account. Just provide Bolo order number and email address. Therefore you have no way to see progress. It’s been a week and I’ve had no correspondence with the company. Not even an email saying they received my registration form. No way to sign in to check on progress or results. I’ve messaged their customer support, so we shall see. If you use this company save the return tracking number. I’d recommend using Everlywell instead. You register to your account and have visibility of your package every step of the way.

Very detailed and simple to use with easy to understand instructions. The service was great and the entire process was very easy and informative. The company also offers other general in-home tests. My results were sent to me very quickly. I highly recommend it!

I ordered on 3/15 and received on 3/16. My results were in my email by 3/20. This was affordable and fast. I tracked my package back to the lab after I sent it. I’m not sure why so many people didn’t receive their results but I did. The lab is Florida and I’m in Pa.
1.0 out of 5 stars Just go to an Urgent care or hospital
I received a positive test through this lab kit so I of course notified my partner right away to get tested. My assumption was that I got the STD from my partner because I had received negative test results from my doctors office just a few months ago and I have only had one sexual partner since. My partner tested negative so something is not adding up here. I was sent antibiotics which I took to completion so now there is no real way to tell if I really did receive faulty results, but at this point I am not very trusting of this company. My partner showed me his medical documentation stating he was clean so I know he was not lying to me. I also have medical documentation of my own stating that I was clean just a few months ago. It just doesn't seem to make sense that I would test positive for something after confirming that my partner was clean and I tested clean prior to being with ONLY him. I recommend you just go to a doctors office or urgent care and don't waste your money/time here.

If you have sex (especially if you don’t use condoms) it is very important to get tested for STDs not only for peace of my mind but also so you can protect your partner if you have something you didn’t know you were even aware that you had. Not just gonorrhea and chlamydia but also HIV, Hepatitis B, and syphilis. This test unfortunately will not test you for the last 3 but you can do it at a doctors office. I got my results from this test in only a couple of days. Just follow the instructions and fill out everything correctly.
