The bristles are dense but gentle, giving that polished clean feeling after every use without irritating the gums.I also notice less plaque buildup between dentist visits when I use these consistently.They are a bit pricier than off-brand options, but the difference in performance and durability really justifies the cost. Out of the three I’ve purchased from this brand. It’s my favorite. I tried Simply Clean and found that was too soft and not at all long lasting. Next I bought the plaque control( I think it’s called C3?)I did not like the dense bristles and left my teeth without that clean finish. The Diamond brush is a good quality choice for me. Medium bristles, brush heads are a nice design that cleans between the teeth and gums. Like the shape and design

Quality is not only good but the toothbrush heads have a curve shape which allows better cleaning.

Item arrived in packaging reinforced with tape . Quality of product very poor compared to similar item purchased from distributor . Would not recommend buying . Complete waste of money .
