This is a quality unit. For one thing, it looks beautiful compared to the other units (brands) that I saw. You can actually see how much soap is in the dispenser and you easily fill it from the top without removing it as it has a wide hole. I have had this for almost a month now without issue. I also bought one for the kitchen. A beautiful blue light lights up when it is activated. It always dispenses the same amount of soap. It has a sensor so it does not have to be touched in any way while dispensing soap. I am using soft soap antibacterial. No problem so far. I do keep it mostly filled up for pressure reasons. It has not failed me once, (either unit). I am very happy with the inset on the back which allows me to hang it safely on a wall with a nail or screw. It is very sturdy that way as you can see in the picture. It can also be easily placed directly on a flat surface but because I do not have a lot of room, I decided to hang it on the wall so I do not knock it over. It will blink red when it is time to exchange the batteries. So far I have not needed to exchange the batteries and I am using simple Bolo batteries that are not alkaline. I will see in the future if that needs to be changed to alkaline. These units work and they are very beautiful. Some of these kinds of units are pretty ugly and a person cannot always see how much soap is in there without opening it up. Not true of these units. They are tall and slender, but not too slender. Tops come in different colors, but I chose something that was shiny metal as I think it looks better. Some people in the reviews have mentioned that they would prefer a charging unit over batteries. Since I have not needed to replace the batteries in a month, I'm not sure that that statement is true. In order to charge it I would have to remove it for several hours as opposed to simply changing the batteries every six months as most reviews say. The only negative side that I see to this unit would be that the battery cover has two screws. Now I'm not telling people to follow my advice but I simply did not screw in the screws very far so they would be very easy to take out. I am not recommending this, but this is something I know that will work for me as the battery covers are not close to the water because I have them hanging above the same way in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Normally I prefer things the charge up, but I'm not so sure that it would matter with this kind of unit. So if you're looking for something that is very beautiful but also works perfectly, I highly recommend this unit. I do really like that the front of unit lights up blue when dispensing the soap. Very pretty in the day and at night. I actually sent pictures to my family it looks so nice.

I ordered this during Covid in November 2020, and it's still going strong as of July 2025! The other automatic soap dispenser we bought at the same time wore out long ago.I like how you can adjust the amount of soap that comes out. It's very easy to fill. Just pour in from your refill bottle or tip the refill bottle over and let the soap drain in. The opening perfectly fits a Soft Soap refill bottle.The only negative is that dust gathers in the cracks of the circular lid and in the crease in the silver portion on the top of the dispenser. Overall, though, I highly recommend this large, handy, durable soap dispenser!

I have had this item for 2 and a half years and it's finally struggling to put out soap. I've tried cleaning it, replacing the batteries, and even tried a thinner soap (really thick hand soaps just don't go through very well), but it's no use. It's time to get a new one.This dispenser has been used multiple times a day every single day for over 2 full years and only in the last month has it started to be finicky. It's been knocked over, fallen into the sink, and even hit the floor once. The clear part that holds the soap has never cracked. The motor still works, it still puts soap out, just very very little no matter what the wheel is set to now is the only issue I'm having despite the abuse this item has suffered. I think the wheel that turns it on and off and sets how much soap you want dispensed has been knocked around one too many times.The design is fabulous. I love the Antique Copper look on the top, it matches nicely in my kitchen with my drawer pulls and faucet (both in that same color). The weight, when it isn't full of soap or batteries, is fairly light. It doesn't feel like it would withstand a fall, but it has (many times).Great product for the price (at the time $26) and even now at almost $30. It's lasted very well. I'm back to buy another one because it has lasted so well and been so dependable for me.The only thing I think I would like from the seller is a recommendation to a particular brand of hand soaps maybe that is the perfect thickness, etc. I eventually found a brand that worked, but it took some trial and error.

UPDATE: It's completely stopped working. My hubby took it completely apart trying to fix it. That didn't work. So folks - spend close to $32 for the dispenser and taxes and it last a good year.....then poof - it's done. Really not bad for the price. I did enjoy using it. Sure do wish the shipper would send me another one free of charge. I'll trade that for another updated 5 STAR review!!Shipping was free for me being a PRIME member.The design and dispenser are great. Don't need to add product as often as I once did. Setting is on the lowest setting and it's working fairly well. After using it for over 3 weeks it has already slowed it's roll. I had to swipe the activator at least 4 times before it dispensed product. I don't want to return it because I really do like the concept.

I bought a soap dispenser similar to this one previously but the design of this one is much better. I like that the top twists off to fill...so easy, and it's tall with clean lines. My other dispenser has a lift up top (not removable) and doesn't lift completely up so it's difficult to maneuver and fill.***It is now 8 months later and is still going strong...Love this dispenser...Thx****It is now 3 years later and it stopped working...but the light still flickers, so I am hopeful it will start again. Even though this dispenser stopped working I would say it's a great product...3 years is a long time!

Lasted the longest

Bought 3 different dispensers in one day. The sleekest design (white, Japanese brand) never worked a day and was thrown out. The ducky (China brand) was wonderful while it lasted -- 3 months. The 1st 2 mentioned were chargeable, whereas my 3rd (this one) is battery-run, and the most plain-looking. Yet it out-lasted its "superiors" that cost more and looked better. Someone could make a moral of a story out of this.

هذا شرائي الثاني لهذا المنتج، حجمة ملائم و طريقة تعديل إنسكاب كمية الصابون سهله و مناسبه. وطريقة تعبئتة سهله. يأتي مع مسمار و بلاستيك خلفي في حال رغبت في تعليق المنتج على الجدار.بشكل عام المنتج ممتاز والى هذة الوقت لم أواجه مشاكل معه.ربما مشكلته الوحيدة عندي سعره المرتفع.

I bought this soap dispenser in Dec/2019 and I wanted to give it a try before writing my review. I am happy with its performance so far and like that it holds a lot of soap, thus less refilling is required. I use soft soap in mine and like that you can also control the amount of soap that comes out. Easy to keep clean and it doesn’t go off at random like the Lysol one I use to have. The rubber grip underneath ensures that it stays put.****Update- Feb 2020. My soap dispenser accidentally fell in the sink with water in it and it stopped working. I opened it up and dried the battery compartment and shook out as much water as I could and let it sit overnight. Next morning it worked like nothing ever happened. I will definitely be ordering more as this impressed me so much. I thought for sure it was ruined. I guess putting the batteries on the side instead of on the bottom is definitely a great idea. So glad I purchased this soap dispenser. (I wish you would give a discount for multiple orders). Reviewed by a very satisfied customer.Update- Aug:2020.My first secure is still working perfectly. I was a bit concerned when I couldn’t get another. Thank goodness another one came back in stock and I had this in my wish list. I ordered another and plan to order more for friends and family so please keep them in stock.

Best soap dispenser

Love this soap dispenser. It can be filled from the top, the flow can be adjusted and the batteries are easy to get to and you can visually see how much soap is left. It also takes the thicker soap liquids. It has never failed, highly recommend
