This doesn’t stick to wounds or sutures (I often use a tiny bit of Vaseline as well). You can cut these down to size if needed. I always have them on hand.

I bought these after buying and using Curad Brand, which were less money. The J and J brand are muchbetter quality to cover large open wounds. I continue to use the J and J for the healing process, and will only use the Curad pads as wipes just to use up.

Very pleased with the no stick - have had good luck not tearing up the new skin when changing pads.
