This is 4 % and a roll on ! Smartest thing EVER ! Goes on easily, cleanly. No mess to clean up, no product where you don't want it. The menthol in it gets a little warm but it changes itch into something pleasant until it calms and quietens the nerves. Love this product

This does work very fast. The price is acceptable. Comes in a roller like a deodorant . The plus size is that you economize and use less, the down side is that applying that kind of pressure to a burn it wound with the non-sterile roller ball is not a good idea . I bought it to reduce pain before inserting microchips into the scruff of the necks of my dogs, and it works well for that. I used it for a small scrape on my hand and it took the pain away within seconds .
