We had to use them a couple times and they kept us dry. They are long enough to where it covers your bottom so your butt won't get wet. They fit over your clothing just fine. I had to put it over a winter jacket, and it never felt constricted. There is no zipper, they are buttons to close it, which I like better. We have two in yellow and black.

Yes, it is plastic. Yes, it looks exactly how you think it looks however, living in Florida and having attended many a theme park in the pouring rain I have had to wear many a poncho. They are hot and sticky and uncomfortable and you have to take them on and off over your head. I purchased this for myself and a girlfriend to wear over dresses at the Kentucky Derby. It was absolutely perfect. I wore it all day long as it rained consistently. I cannot believe how many compliments I received. I also like that it came in a pack of two.

They could be a little bit more generous in the seat. We had these for Graduation, which was held in the rain and they worked great but were a little bit tight across the leg for sitting for 4 hours. Otherwise they were great!

Should work well for travel trips in case of rain,price as good and shipping on time. These aren't heavy rubber coats but a lot better quality then expected would buy again.

I appreciate that these are lightweight. However, the material is easily puncturable if you have long nails; it is very easy to accidentally poke a hole in the material, which is a little unfortunate. The snaps are easy enough to use, so otherwise, it's okay. You get what you pay for.

Used one of these for the first time a few days after receiving them. It worked great and kept me dry. I keep one in my car and the second one in my Golf bag.

These are exactly what I was looking for. My family normally wears disposable rain ponchos to theme parks, but last time we went I was wearing our infant in a carrier. This allowed me to wrap her up in the rain jacket while still keeping her head exposed. The quality is surprisingly better than I thought it would be and held up well throughout our entire trip. The hood looks a little silly as it is very pointed and doesn’t really stay tight. But, for the price, this certainly got the job done and I prefer it now to your standard rain poncho.
