I've tried MANY brands of eye makeup remover including expensive, high-end brands. This is an affordable, old standard with me, and I use a lot of high end cosmetics and face care. This cleans residue from my eyes after washing my face. It isn't for waterproof eye makeup, but it works great otherwise. For waterproof, I recommend L'Oreal's sister brand, Lancôme. Their Bifacil works really well, but you need to wash your face after since it leaves a bit of oiliness.

I gave these 5 stars because it truly is an awesome product. It is actually oil free. It's great at removing all your eye makeup. I've even used it to remove the base & blush makeup from my face. It's also great for sensitive skin. And it's a great price.

The best for removing mascara!
I used to buy this product at Walmart all the time, but for the past couple of years I haven’t been able to find it anywhere. I was so happy to see that Bolo now carries my favorite makeup remover. It truly isn’t oily at all. A lot of removers claim that, but when you shake them you can actually see the oil bubbles. Not this one. It works wonderfully, especially for removing mascara.
