Our family has quite a few food intolerances so we avoid the top allergens plus a few more. I have purchased Pascha chocolate chips in the past and this brand is superior. These are the best “white baking chips” I’ve ever had. Right out of the bag they’re so good! I haven’t tried baking with or melting yet. These have more of a chocolate taste with the first ingredient being cocoa butter. I think they taste much better than a mainstream white chocolate bar or chip that is overly sweet without the chocolate taste. They’re pricey but since we don’t have a lot of choices I’m choosing quality over quantity. They are worth it since I’ll be making something special. These will definitely be purchased again!

These were great vegan chips. I'm dairy free and got these to use in a recipe - but didn't realize these were not your standard size bag of chocolate chips (typically around 10 oz.) until they arrived. This was a 7 oz bag so just over 1 cup worth. If your recipe calls for 2 cups, you'll need two bags. Chips themselves were great. Nice white chocolate flavor, great consistency.

Tasted Terrible, and to top it off, doesn’t melt right or act at all like chocolate. It arrived in a melted blob (weird because I ordered overnight shipping and picked it up before it even got light out). The texture was chalky and its quality is garbage. Better to just go with some name brands. Not worth any Price. Not for baking, wouldn’t even recommend snacking on these guys.

I used these in a seven-layer bar recipe and in chocolate cupcakes and they were BOMB. They have a beautiful cocoa butter flavor and they're not too sweet. After baking they left behind nice gooey little pockets of cocoa-butter flavory goodness, which really enhanced both recipes. But for snacking? Eh. The flavor of the rice powder was a little strong for me. I would definitely buy again for any baking project, but not for something like a trail mix or for decorating.

1. For the most part, the chips taste like white chocolate (good). You will occasionally get one that's a little buttery-- bad. I know others leaving comments have had similar experiences.2. I paid $5.86 for a bag back in October- a touch higher than Safeway Organic dark chocolate. Now the price is $14.17-- crazy. If anything, leaving out the cocoa powder should *reduce* the cost of producing it. Yes, I'm aware this product serves a small market, but $14.17 is $2 per ounce!

I'm Vegan and bought these to give them a try, they were gross. They had a weird smell and taste to them. They didn't melt well, and stunk up the whole kitchen. Over all the quality of them just wasn't worth the price. I've had other brands that actually were good, this didn't make me want to by them ever again.

I have been histamine intolerant for the past 7 months. Have anaphylactic reactions. My food is very limited every single day and has to be freshly prepared. There are so many things that I miss and had started to get a little depressed about it. Found these on a histamine intolerant group that I'm a part of on Facebook and thought I would try. Even though I only eat about 5 at a time and I don't eat them everyday. It's a nice treat for once or twice a week just to feel like I'm at least normal in some way again.

This creamy, delicious, vegan white chocolate really carries a rich, velvety cocoa butter flavor. It is lightly sweet with a faint hint of vanilla. A quality chocolate will still taste good even if it is heat exposed, but I was thrilled that the shipping envelop contained a cold pack that was still cold! The chips were in great condition! Thank you!
