I bought this after visiting a relative that has one. It has replaced a working 8-year-old Keurig Elite and I'm thrilled it has some features the older one lacked. It retains the time after a power outage. The older unit did not retain the time after the smallest of brownouts. I also love that I can power on the unit, insert a pod, and choose my options without waiting for the unit to warm up. It will dispense the coffee once it is fully heated. The older unit required waiting before being able to choose my options. The fit and finish is what I would expect from Keurig. I wish the lid containing the water was hinged instead of having to remove. The older unit had that feature, but it doesn't detract from a satisfied purchase.

I have had Keurig machines since they came out years ago. Love how easy and fast it is to get a cup of coffee or tea whenever I want.I ordered a new Keurig Elite on Oct. 5 and it arrived Oct. 5. (Gotta love Prime!) Unfortunately, it was non-functioning brand new out of the box. I called Keurig to see if there was something I was doing wrong, etc. After some troubleshooting, they determined it was a faulty machine, and they made it right! No hassles!!Very pleased with Keurig and their great customer service. My replacement machine arrived quickly and it works just fine.

This is a great coffee maker. The Elite is much better than the Classic. It's sturdier and made of stronger materials. It also has a bigger water reservoir. It heats up pretty quickly and has a "strong" feature and a clock. It was a good price. It replaced one I'd had for years. I couldn't find the Elite at Target, so I bought the Classic. I ordered this one and gave the other one away. The Classic is fine, but this one is better.

I got this Keurig K-Elite single serve brushed slate K cup coffee maker for my husband for Father’s Day. First of all, the brushed slate is absolutely beautiful in our kitchen. It looks exactly like the photo on the website. It is so sleek and so elegant that it really upgrades my kitchen. In fact, as soon as I put it there, I thought my house would sell quicker when I decide to sell it with this on the counter in the kitchen!It replaced a very old Mr. coffee and also an electric tea kettle, both of which were dirty and unattractive. At first, my husband was bummed out that I had spent the money on him! He loves to pamper me and our children, but he doesn’t like any money spent on himself. I had also gotten K cup reusable cups so that he could finish the ground coffee that we already have and also test out the machine without spending a lot on K cups.It was really easy to figure out how to start using the machine and we put our ground coffee, Folgers breakfast blend, into the reusable K cup, and a minute later, voilà, my husband had a perfect cup of coffee! Then I used the hot water feature and made myself a fantastic cup of tea. I love it. I absolutely love it and so does my husband! We are like little kids at Christmas with our new toy!This morning, he decided to make the brew stronger for a 12 ounce cup of coffee and liked it even better. We didn’t program the hot water to be hot when we got downstairs to the kitchen this morning but the water heats up so quickly it’s like a miracle to us.By using the reusable K cups, and the ground coffee that we buy in a big container, a cup of coffee cost only about five cents. Whereas if I buy the Folgers breakfast blend K cups, each coffee cup costs about $.53! So my husband is very happy to use the reusable K cups and discovered this morning that it was very easy to dump out the grounds after he had finished and rinse out the K cup for the next use. He is delighted with his new gift and delighted that we can use reusable K cups and save the money! And I am incredibly happy to see him happy ! Keurig, you have made this elderly couple very, very happy.

I like this Keurig model K-Elite. It has a few pros and cons. Pros: Has more brewing capacities. 4ozs to 12ozs. Tho I use 8ozs or 10ozs more. Also gives more selections just hot water, but you can get just hot without putting in a pod. Does give temps of 187 degrees to 192 degrees. There again once you set it you probably will leave it. Does have Auto on and Auto off.Cons: It makes a strange heat up. I tried thinking what the sound is like but can’t think of any. It’s just awful. The first pic I took of the display is how I see it. I have to ok up to see all the buttons. As it’s brewing, it splatters more coffee than the last Keurig I had. Lastly, is the water reservoir. I know it had the water add light but I do t notice it that quickly as the last Keurig. The reservoir is a solid color in front and the clear part of reservoir is on the side. I do prefer the clear reservoir.Other than that, I’m adjusting to it. I still prefer the older one.

We needed a new Keurig and this one does not disappoint! We have been using Keurig machines for years now but the last 2 we bought were not as good as any previous ones and were highly disappointing. This one was our last chance for Keurig and man are we happy we gave it one last shot! This machine is wonderful! The different cup sizes are great as are the strong and hot water options. I have yet to try the ice coffee setting but I’m excited to do so. I would definitely recommend this model!
Best of the bunch
Researched the heck out of single serve coffee machines. Bought a Nespresso (kept it-but its only good for espresso and crema type coffees and not as hot as I'd like), then a premier Cuisinart from Williams Sonoma (approx $250 ), sent it back as it was crap, kept dis-functioning, coffee was not hot enough, weak and bland. Then went for this Keurig- and what a great surprise. The hottest coffee of them all (temp options), flavor is perfect, well made, easy to use. I will say that if you read their company write up- its 100% accurate. It does everything they say.

This item looks and is a step up offering different coffee options and love the look over a traditional kerig.
