I've been using this in a wet batter as well as a power (w/ flour). This stuff almost seems to make things crispier when deep fried, but in the wet batter, the item stayed crispy until the next day!

I purchased this to assist with making fried chicken. I was doubtful at first - not sure it would live up to the hype. But I can now attest to this product being a complete game changer! I made the best fried chicken of my life using this as a “secret ingredient.” The chicken stayed remarkably crispy for an extended period of time, and this product did not affect the flavor of the marinade or batter… It just made the chicken stay deliciously crispy. Oh how I wish I had found this product long before now. I hardly ever fry anything, but will consistently be using this product going forward when I do.

Really like the product. So far have used it for onion rings and fried oysters. They both stayed crisp even after the leftovers were in the refrigerator. I’ve bought 3 more for gifts for friends. My only complaint is the price. It’s prohibitively expensive for frequent use. I probably won’t buy any more for my personal use because of the price.
