Great price first of all. Easy to install and customize. See my pics for how it would fit a somewhat traditional downhill board. My board has some pretty deep wheel wells and one side effect is that those areas are too thin for the guards. I had to cut them to size. They can be sized to fit with a quick trim of a sharp, heavy razor. I would practice the first cut or two by cutting the small piece leaving the rest longer than you need at first, but they can be cut without exposing the clips metal. After about a week of pretty heavy use on my electric I bent one off my board and was seriously disappointed, but the clips bent right back and clamped strong again. Great protection. No need for mounting hardware which is nice if you hate drilling holes in your precious deck. (I do) the only draw back is that with lots of use they can kind of “stretch” but as mentioned the clips can be bent right back. That’s just a trade off for something easy to remove and replace VS something with mounting hardware. I’ll definitely be relying on these for all of my boards.

Where were these my whole life? A perfect product for someone who wants their cruiser/longboard to retain its value.Most of the damage to non-trick boards is in the nose and tail impacts. These fix that completely, and I hardly think about them even being there after getting used to them in just one or two rides.If I had to say one thing, it's that they should manufacture them with curvature from the jump, as there are subtle ripples if you use them on small longboard ends. Nothing to cry over though.

First off, these fit quite snug. Be careful to center the guard before securing it snugly, because you don't want to have to take these on and off too many times. I was worried they may slip from a missed step, bailing, or even road vibration. Not a problem. They have already saved my board a couple times and barely show any damage. They are fugly though. This is a purely functional item that does the job. If you like going too fast, are always pushing the envelope, or are just starting to learn these are a smart choice. If you are a venice beach hipster with a mini board, then this is not for you.I recently bough a new arbor long board since my 2 year old pushed my last one down a hill only to split the end as it smashed into the curb. So far it's taking a beating like a champ. It is also nice to rest my board's end on concrete without worrying about damaging it. Or picking up my board by tilting it up instead of always having to lift. I am happy to protect my $130 longboard.I will get these for my kid's board as well.

Well, at first I was concerned due to the no review but like anything you can’t take it for face value.You might think your board need not protect and like to keep it real.But i am wrong, it reall work perfect on my board and awesome useful stops a lot of impact.My best friend got me this skateboard and I haven't taken it anywhere since my birthday... It means a lot to me and i would like to proetct the board deck from damage. I came Bolo and finally choose it. A very thick and durable rubber exterior that definitely saved my board from a guaranteed chip on the nose when I've lost control of my board. It's very easy to install,on the interior of the bumpers there are some metal clips that help the bumper maintain the shape and also help hold the bumper TIGHT to the board.5 out of 5 stars, good aesthetically and it looks like it'll keep my board safe from the off chance I let it slip and slam a curb.I'll definitely update this review when actually ride my board.

To be honest I was a little hesitant to buy these. I wasn’t for sure if they were going to be as good as they look / seem. Especially on a boosted board Mini X but I have to say, I am impressed. You can see in my photos that they have been installed and fit well. The only part where you might have some problems is on the back tail, the tail guard underneath sorta blocks these Guards from fully fitting over the tail but I have managed to get my to fit well enough.It’s a good material. It’s tough. I am confident of these to protect from chipping the board. I haven’t had any problems with them yet. I have boosted around with them and they haven’t came off. They fit really tight and well.I definitely recommend.

Bought this guard for a Boosted Board I got from a friend of mine. I am new to skateboarding in general (especially electric skateboarding) and wanted an extra layer of protection on the board from any accidental bumps and dings from my environment. It was very easy to install and it feels like it would be able to help protect against an impact at an increased speed on the board. Hopefully that isn’t the case but - better safe than sorry!

This was super easy to install and really a bang for your buck. For $10, I'm protecting my $340something longboard that I hope will keep lasting me for years. I wish I had it from the beginning to prevent the dings and scratches I already have on my tails, but now, you can't even see them with the guard. I also wish the guards came in more colors to match my wheels or trucks, but in the end, I just went with the black, and it looks handsome on my longboard. If your longboard has tails, and you care about your longboard, I highly recommend this. My board feels so secure!

Worked Decently for the first month.
Easy and simple guards, but came slipping off every ride after the first month. Quite annoying having to keep putting on 3-4 times a ride.
Fits the X1 Pro
Takes a little muscle to convince it, but it fits over the nose and tail of the Exway X1 Pro.Price is a little steep. Pretty sure you can get the exact same product from automotive/RV suppliers by the linear foot for a fraction the cost.But free shipping and I never left my house so who am I to complain?
