MegaFood vitamins are some of the best I’ve tried. They’re made from real food, which makes them easier to digest and absorb. I can take them even on an empty stomach without feeling nauseous.I’ve noticed more stable energy levels throughout the day and an overall sense of well-being since I started using them.Definitely worth the investment if you’re looking for clean, high-quality supplements.

I have been researching nutrition; particularly what is necessary to get from food and what should be supplemented by a quality vitamin. MegaFood Women's 40+ One Daily came out on top for women age 40+.I always start my study by asking about the nutritious value of the supplement. Real Food sources, particularly grown without GMO's (such as the ones included in this product) are at the top of the list. Percentage of daily values of the vitamins is important to know because too much can be harmful or wasteful, and too little means you may not be getting enough. The best nutrition sources are food choices, but it is difficult and, in some cases, not possible to receive all our nutrients from food. Supplements should "supplement" the food we eat, and the amount we need depends on our diet. I found that taking one MegaFoods multivitamin a day has the right amounts of supplementation with a healthy diet.The tablet size is a little big, which is necessary for what is included in it, but I do not find them hard to swallow. They are not chalky; they are smooth and go down easy. Great product!
