Handles are really uncomfortable. I put a couple rolls or electrical tape on them to make them better. Also the locking pin on bottom of crutches is pretty sketchy. The pins are hollow with a plastic plug inserted for strength. Well all four plugs came loose and were rattling around. So had to take apart and super glue them in. They work but if you can afford it I would try a different brand.
