I tried other saffron supplements with more mg, but I came back to this one. I only need one capsule a day to help me feel better. I wanted to try something more natural, compared to traditional antidepressants, and this helps me a lot. Highly recommend this product

The media could not be loaded. This is one of the best supplements that I found to keep me in the zone, especially being in sales, and having to walk around all day, dealing with different guests. This keeps me in the mood. I need to be on to deal with many different situations and types of people as well as keep my energy up while at work and more importantly at home after a long day.

I understand your buying a certain amount of product, but why use such a big container. It forces the buyer to think, they just got ripped off. You could easily put ten or more bottle into one bottle. Is this the only size bottle in the factory? Anyone opening this container will have a look of shock when they see how empty their order is. Presentation is everything, at least give the customer something other then shock and awe on an almost empty plastic container.

I realize this is going to sound dramatic, but this stuff changed my life.I stumbled across these supplements by pure chance. A co-worker of mine was giving away some free stuff, and this happened to be part of that haul. I specifically picked it out because it claimed to enhance mood. At the time, I was three years deep into a pretty horrible depression. Nothing I tried really moved the needle, and I was hesitant to try medication. Needless to say, I was skeptical of these capsules. But I was desperate and willing to try anything.Within a couple of weeks, the fog had lifted. For the first time in years, I felt like myself again. My mind was clear. My body wasn't sluggish. I remembered what it felt like to be happy. I don't know what sort of witchcraft is going on here, but whatever it is, I'm sold.I probably should have done some research beforehand, but after the fact, I looked up the effects of saffron on depression. Several studies have shown that saffron is just as effective as the leading antidepressants—without the usual side effects.So yeah, if being super depressed isn't your thing, I'd highly recommend giving these a shot.

There were 60 vits in this huge container. I don’t know why companies need to waste packaging like they do. It makes me not want to buy just for that reason.
