By no means is this a substitution for seeking medical advice, nor is it a recuse but a temporary solution.These canister are light weight and simple to use. Having tried it a couple of times myself from being outside too long, seems simple enough. One second inhalation through the mouth, no taste nor smell and buying the 4pack seems worth the value. A family of four could each use their own canister when needed.

Boost Oxygen does indeed give you a real boost when you need it most. When you are out of breath and need a quick lift, this is the perfect answer. I love it so much that l will also get the pocket size the carry with me. The name is so perfect because that is exactly what it does. It provides a much needed boost when you really need one!

These give me the extra boost of oxygen I need occasionally, such as walking long distances and uphill. I'm elderly so my ability to do the things I enjoy have been limited until I came across the boost cylinder, they are lightweight and easy to hook onto my belt or purse. This is the second time I've bought them and will buy again when needed.

First learned of this when visiting my kids in Denver - the mile-high city. It's common there for acclimating to the altitude, and to enhance exercise. Used it while there, and then ordered it to my home after that visit -- I now use it before exercise for better sessions. It works great, and my GP said it is fine (although I will also get confirmation from my cardiologist at my next apt). The only thing I don't like is not being able to tell when a can is empty. This has already messed me up as you can tell ZERO difference between a full can and an empty one... no weight difference at all, and the "numbers" on the can don't seem to give you any hints. Be sure to mark/date cans w a Sharpie, I ended up wasting 2 cans because I wasn't sure which was empty - seriously, it's impossible to tell!

Love, need these Boost Oxygen Suppemental canisters. Unfortunately I was a long time smoker and at times I over do it working and can't catch my breath. Very scary. For the last few years I keep a can of Boost with or near me with my inhaler. The Boost cans have a loop on them, you can attach a hook and carry it on your hip or wherever you want to hook it. There just also a great item to keep around incase of emergencies or for a bug out bag. Great product. You can't go wrong with Boost. Thanks Boost, you have really improved my life and Thanks Bolo Prime for making it so easy to purchase.

Product was as expected. The only issue I had is the packaging of the 4 bottles in a box without anything to hold them . No popcorn or bubble wrap. There was room for 4 more in the box. They just rattled around during shipping. Not sure who was responsible for packing the box but it was highly questionable.

RESEARCHING THIS PRODUCT. ITS ONLY 84% OXYGEN. I EXPERIENCED MILED RESULTS.. MY OPINION 40 YRS IN HEALTHCARE FFIELDTHE ELDERLY, CHEST COLD WOULD INCREASE THE BENIFITS.

No O2 benefit from me using it. Blood oxygen stayed the same.

My daughter uses this after her workout as she struggles with her breathing sometimes. She loves it.
