While I was waiting for the shipping I tried regular Lysol in the interim as my truck (2017 Silverado) was smelling real bad.The Lysol worked temporarily and with limited effect. But one application from this and instantly sorted out the musty odor. This is really impressive how wel it works.

After usuing exactly as per instructions, the car could not be occupied in the 4-10 minutes afterwards as stated in the instructions. The odor was prettyintense. I ran the AC full blast, outside, with the windows down at interval totaling at least 30 minutes before parking in the garage overnight with the windows all down. I ran at least 2 REST cycles while in the garage. BUT, overnight, the chemical scent as well as the musty odor were GONE!. Based on a 36 hour eperience, the product seems to work very effectively. Just be prepared to aggressively ventilate your HVAC system at least overnight before using your vehicle. Stay tuned for a durability update.

Product did not work and left a terrible odor in my car. I tried to return the product and the company will not let me. Very poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend using this product or buyer.

2nd Application Failed to Solve Issue
Used exactly as described on the instructions for 1 application and success! But my update is disappointment ...as the clean smell lasted only about 6 weeks. The bad smell returned!Will try a 2nd application and see how that goes.Further update: I did a 2nd application and it seemed to work with a clean smell. But in the end I think it was just concealing the bad smell. The bad smell has returned in stelatively short order.
