2. Once activation is complete, we will send you an email confirmation.
3. Insert your T-mobile SIM in your unlocked GSM Phone as soon as you arrive in your destination.
Do not insert SIM while you are overseas. Insert SIM Card when you arrive at your destination.
BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING:
First thing to do is REBOOT. Turn your phone off, remove the SIM Card, re-insert the SIM and turn the phone back on.
If you're having data connection issues, after reboot, please check and update Acces Point Name (APN) to:

If issues persist, please contact us. Refer to the instructions letter enclosed in the package for support contact information.
* This is for new mobile number activation only. You cannot transfer mobile number from a different carrier. Not for port-in.
* You cannot choose your phone number nor area code.
* This is not a replacement for a lost T Mobile SIM card. You cannot transfer your T Mobile service and mobile number to this SIM. Not for SIM swap.
* The SIM Card only works in unlocked GSM Phones. It will not work in Mobile Hotspot/Tethering/Wifi device.

But since this is an affordable option + fast shipping, I decided to give it a try. Overall it works fine, and here are my experiences and takeaways:1. I think this card goes through tmobile network, but it's not official tmobile account, so you cannot get support from tmobile.2. The card needs a pretty old school online activation, which could take up to 24 hours to be able to use it. So please prepare lead time for that if you want to start using it at a give start time. In my case, I submitted my form at around 7PM, and the card was activated around 11am-ish the next day. I bet they have some real person activating it.3. TL;DRTHIS IS A SCAM - GET A REFUND FROM Bolo (worked for me)Don't believe the Q&A on this page. There is NO high-speed data available on this card. Only 2G. If you need anything else, you have to get this package directly from TMO (for roughly double the price at time of writing). TMO directly will have 5G.It will look like a technical issue to users with no knowledge of how mobile networks behave technically because when you move from one cell tower to another, it can sometimes take TMO a couple of minutes to correctly limit your speed to what the seller of this card is paying them for. This results in short intervals of 4G/5G availability. However, this card is only enabled for 2G and once that cell tower has checked in with the central database to see if the SIM is eligible to use 4G/5G, it will block any and all connections using those technologies (even emergency calls).The tech support from the seller plays the con by giving you lists of things to do (with 48h+ response times), none of which will ever work because they have contracted only 2G for the SIM they sold you. They know this and THEY ARE LYING TO YOU. They hope you don't figure it out until it is too later (ie before Bolo's return window closes) or just blame yourself for not figuring it out or your phone for not working. But it is 100% THE SELLERS FAULT!

I might be getting a little ahead of myself, because 30 days have not passed since I purchase this SIM card, but I think I can trust them.I requested activation of my sincard on a friday night, and by saturday morning was registered. But I had an issue where my phone would only pick up Edge (extremely slow) data, besides being 5G. I contacted support on that saturday and they sent me a troubleshooting guide. I tried but no cigar. Then I tried another phone that is not 4G and still same issue. So I contacted support again, and within an hour then sent me an eSIM via email. The eSIM worked flawlessly at once, and so far I have used 98GB in 2 weeks, no issues.

Purchased the item far in advance of travel. Arrived with an expired date on actual SIM card. Tried to activate, but could not (website returned an error upon multiple attempts on different days and times of day). Company did not reply to any emails (it has been weeks now). Will never purchase again, will request a refund, will file further items. Don't waste your time nor money.

Easy to activate by going to website given on sticker on the SIM. They don't ask unnecessary details like IMEI or brand of your phone. Sent them activation request at 9am and got activated same day around 4pm.Only problem is the phone number they provided is a New York number and using such a NY number in San Francisco raises unnecessary questions from people who suspect a prank.Seller TSIM price is on the higher side compared to other sellers for similar sim cards. But if you're in a rush, go for something you know than something unknown.

I just want to give a shout out to the JetSet Networks team.I installed my card and all seemed good.However I needed a few more days on my 30 day card, since I was staying in the USA a bit longerI wrote a short mail to them, and within hours they gave me a very generous extension on my days (no added costs) .I also had a small issue with getting my phone set up for mobile data.. Again super fast support from their team. Everything working correctly within a few hours.I want to thank them all for their super support.I will purchase the card from them the next time I visit the USA.

He usado estas Sim card prepagada desde hace tiempo, en diferentes viajes he comprado al menos 8-9, pero esta vez ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido, comenzando la activación tarda un poco más de 24h, cuando en otras oportunidades se activaba en horas y te avisaban vía email, en esta oportunidad con esta compañía, nadie te avisa nada, debes estar constantemente checkeando. El número de atención al cliente casi nunca contestan, cuando lo hacen no hay opción de español y te atiende una persona que habla un inglés terrible con un fuerte acento hindú, no se le entiende nada, y por último la velocidad del I ternet es muy mala, super lento, tiene como una cuota de datos diaria, que si la pasas la velocidad dle Internet cae dramáticamente... Terrible!
