I was afraid it would be too much like a generic “shrimp” but it has a more fishy smell, BUT WAIT.. don’t let that scare you if you like seafood… it smells like a Vietnamese soup I love.. and my roommate who’s the pickiest eater and doesn’t like fish AT ALL (even the smell) said this stuff smells REALLY good. So it’s even picky smeller approved.. he didn’t try it. This would be delicious if it were spicy.. it’s not spicy at all whatsoever.. so I like to put a little gochujang paste in it mmmmm

I’ve eaten a lot of the seafood noodles from Japan as my aunt that live there always send us some. The imported ones are very expensive so this is a great substitute - i can barely tell the difference! This one is less salty than the original one which is not a bad thing

I like the taste but takes a lot of water. because of the dryness.So trued to put in bowl and add the water but it was stuck and hard as a rock. I had to cut

Personally the flavor isn't for my tastes, but I can see how someone who would like the particular taste would love this.
