Tastes just like regular brown sugar (note: this does contain some real sugar - it's a blend with Stevia) and I bake with it regularly. I have bought this product 3 times and I am always pleased with the quality. It taste very good and bakes perfectly. Best thing is that it doesn't have an after taste.When I first purchased this I didn't realize that it was low calorie and not zero. It is mixed with real sugar but with significantly less calories. This is also helped by the fact that you should use half of what is called for in your recipe.I use this to make chocolate chip cookies, brownies, protein Pancakes, protein ice cream and even add a half tsp to my coffee every morning without guilt (5 calories). The recipe on the bag is pretty good too.It is pricey but I can't find it on the ground. And if I can have very yummy sweets with a negligible amount of calories I guess it is worth it. Plus like I said you only need half.If you remember anything.... use half. Don't ask how I know 😉

I use it in my oatmeal and it provides a nice flavor. I don't use as much as the Stevia white powder. It's a good substitute for regular brown sugar.

I used to buy this in my grocery store but they stopped carrying it. The price is kind of high but it's worth it as it's a product I love and cant find in my store.The packaging and everything about it is identical to what I bought in my store.If you've never used this product it's hard to describe to you. Stevia is a natural sweetener but like all of them doesnt taste or behave exactly like sugar. It is the closest to sugar I've found but not quite the same in coffee.This product is a blend of stevia and sugar so it behaves like sugar in baking and cooking, tastes more like regular sugar in coffee, and is lower in calories than straight sugar.The packaging isnt very earth friendly - it's a lot of plastic but is very convenient. It's a bag with a screw on cap that you dispense directly into your cup. Yep, I use it specifically for my coffee. The container doesnt spill and you arent putting a wet spoon into a shared sugar bowl. Very clean and hygienic for sharing.

For some reason Truvia discontinued this brown sugar blend, which in my opinion tastes so much better than their other brown sugar blend product that has the "hint of molasses". The molasses taste is too strong. Very sad that I can no longer order this item, which I had been doing for years.

Anything that calls for brown sugar this is it. I use this to bake and everything turns out great. The taste is great and you wouldn’t even know it was an alternative sweetener or sugar substitute. The bag is good size and it’s a great value for the money.

Lower in calories and better for sugar levels
I have been using it for a number of years in my hot cereal and some recipes that call for brown sugar. Twice as sweet 1/2 the calories.They have been getting harder to get but Bolo was there to rescue me when I ran out!
