These are my absolute favorite protein bars there are so many out there It's hard to choose. For me, I have an allergy to almonds in the dark chocolate peanut doesn't have any almonds in it. The taste is great the size of the bars are perfect and I can take them with me anywhere. This got me through my last two pregnancies.

Ridiculously short shelf life
Ordered these on 22 November 2023, delivered on 4 December 2023, with a best before date of 7 January 2024. No warnings on the listing, of course.Not sure if these will smell bad by then, but they sure smell of a scam to me.
Poor packaging, short expiry date
The two boxes of cereal bars were packed into a plastic bag with absolutely no protection, so the boxes and contents were smashed during delivery. The expiry date of 3rd December is also very short. Learning point - do not order food items online.
