Marco Colzani is thee absolute best pistachio cream/butter/spread available!!! That’s the photo of my 2nd jar after running my fingers through it. My opinion is very credible because I’ve purchase at least 5 different brands on Bolo alone in search of that elusive flavor and texture I first tried in Florence last year.Here are some specs:- This product uses olive oil vs other cheap oil so the flavor is more robust and complex. Not to mention it’s healthier!- This product uses 40% Sicilian pistachios. Be on the lookout for this as some cremas/spreads will only have 15-25%. The jar I purchased in Florence only had 35%- The packaging is also my favorite: no need for additional fuss because the product can stand on its own

Best in class packaging with everything immaculately secured and insulated, surprisingly fast shipping well ahead of schedule, and an unmistakable personal touch the likes of which I can't rightly say I've ever encountered otherwise on here shining throughout. Given how impressively this has gone---I'm rather compelled to now look into and pay mind to everything else this outfit has out there and will have in the times to come as I can't imagine anybody could get one thing so incredibly right and not manage roughly comparable on the rest all things considered.The spread itself is so far beyond all other prior fare I've tried over the years that it very nearly might well be in an elevated class unto itself. Absolutely creamy, fully distinct on the particular variety of hazelnut, the best kind of dark accent to the cocoa, and about as far as you can get from being "too sweet"---don't know that I've ever seen anything hit the line so perfectly in terms of just enough sweetness to make the recipe work and not a single step out of line beyond that.Granted, the earthiness throughout was what it needed to be as this thing only has the 3 ingredients to it---no room for anything to hide, so everything has their full identity on display to great ends as far as potential realized.I bought another new spread at about the same time as this, and while I still have an open mind and hope for it as this proved that you never know when something so incredible will be stumbled upon...it will be Awhile before I can get around to it as this will be one to just bask in fully with all else to be dealt with afterwards---probably to pass some of the time waiting on at least a second jar of this to ship out and arrive somewhere in the not horribly distant future.

Absolutely delicious! So authentic! The jar didn’t last long! It’s so hard to find a pistachio spread that doesn’t have seed oils and other not necessary additives. Glad I found this!

Absolutely crazy how good this product is. Do you like Nutella? This product is to Nutella what a luxe, high-end Belgian chocolate (say Godiva, for a brand people may recognize) is compared to a Hershey's bar. It's ostensibly the same thing, and the latter thing may still be good, but the other products blows it out of the water.

As a chocolatier, I'm always looking for delicious fillings for my hand made chocolates. This chocolate hazelnut spread is excellent - it is a little pricey, but well worth it. I'll definitely be buying again.

Absolutely delicious!!! I actually bought a couple of other hazelnut chocolate spreads so I could compare them and see if this one was worth the extra cost - it definitely is. I had my husband taste them too and he agreed definitively.Just the right balance of hazelnut and chocolate. Yum! And it's so smooth and creamy. You can tell it's a quality product. Good job.
