No se si sea un placebo o realmente funciona, pero a mi me a funcionado, me lo recomendó mi nutriologa. Ayuda a estar más alegre durante el día.

These folate tablets are awesome! They were the smallest in size I could find. We needed to supplement the folate in our cat's diet due to IBD, most of the pills I found were incredibly large in size for the same dosage. Our kitty only needs half of one of these a day. The size allows us to glom it onto one of his treats with some pill mask goop and he gobbles it up. One of these tablets whole is about the size of half a tic-tac.

Was using L-Methylfolate with B12 as I was B12 deficient. After a month on this my B12 shot up to high ( way to high) Dr change to a lower dose of only folate for a few months. my B’s are all over the place.

I have been told to take Folate Acid because I was taking a biological drug, however when I began seeing a triple certified MD (internal medicine, geriatrics and cardiologist) who is also an acupuncturist and knowledgeable in eastern medical practices I was advised the type I had been taking did little. He said I needed rhe methyl version and when I searched on Bolo this was the only brand that popped up. Not sure I notice a difference but this is the stuff I will use if I need to resume a biological medication in the future.

I took these for a week or so and after I stopped taking them I got a headache. Not sure if that was withdrawal or what but after that I wasn't comfortable taking them.
