Amazing product! I used the simple recipe that was on the Bolo reviews with just using cold water and used my new Cuisinart 2 Qt. Ice Cream machine and it turned out perfect!! I was shocked by how this pineapple liquid goodness turned into a fluffy treat in only 35 minutes. Two quarts is so much!! And it is non dairy when you use it with water, so no tummy ache over here. What a deal. Just like at the parks and fairs. Very pleased. Will buy again. The only complaint was that I ordered a 12 pack of Adkins shakes in the same order and they didn’t take precautions to keep the fragile plastic bag of Dole safe, so when I received it, the heavy case of shakes tore open the plastic bag of Dole whip and the powder was everywhere. I called Bolo customer service immediately and they sent another one out, no charge, which I received the next day. So, I would order this by itself. Hope this helps.

Love the taste and it's super easy to make in my ice cream machine. Add a little sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes and it's a great summer treat! Ice cream stayed scoopable and smooth. I added about a tablespoon of pineapple vodka to the mix to deter any ice crystal formation. I also cut wax paper to fit snug on top of the ice cream, plus put plastic wrap over that and stuck the ice cream container in a gallon size freezer bag.

The mix and directions are for an industrial/commercial ice cream mixer but I have been using it with my pint size ice cream maker at home. This is delicious, and it tastes exactly like the dole whips served at theme parks! The ratio is 3:1 water to mix, use the sorbet setting, and thank me later! The best thing about this product is that I have made over 6 pints so far and it looks like I haven’t made a dent yet. Really want to try the other flavors eventually too!

Really tart and tasty, I think I like it even more than the classic pineapple flavour. Works great in the ninja creami, 1/2 cup of powder with 1 1/2 cups of water or milk

I was sceptical when I ordered this, thought it would have an artificial taste and be grainy. It is the opposite! Full of pineapple taste and very smooth in texture. I made it in my Gourmia Soft Serve machine. Yummy!!!
Tastes like Disney!
Tastes like Disneyland!! if you love the pineapple dole whip from Disneyland you will love this! Maybe play around with proportions a little but this is fantastic. I use a ice cream maker for this . So nostalgic
Tastes like the real thing!
The dole whip mix is easy to use and makes a perfect pineapple dole whip. Even freezing it after its been whipped up keeps it in almost soft ice cream state for whenever we want to grab the container out of the freezer. If I had a soft serve machine this would be 100% like the dole whip I got in Hawaii.
Not quite sure it was worth the price
I bought this mainly to use in the ninja creami using the ice cream function and a respin, which tasted spot on - the consistency was great. The only thing was justifying the high price of $53.00. Did it taste good? Yes. Was it worth it? Debatable - though you will get quite a few pints out of this with a one cup powder to three cups of water ration - so when you compare it to a $10.00 pint of Haagan or Ben n' Jerry's than the price is definitely economical. The nice thing was that the seller provided one that wasn't expired, sealed well, and delivered as promised.
