The media could not be loaded. I’ve purchased this toner over 30 times, it’s a clear liquid. This last one that I’ve received has something else in the bottle, there is noticeable shimmer to it, like it’s been watered down with something else. I ordered a new one to be sure they didn’t change the formula. The new bottle is clear like normal. Not sure what happened here but I don’t want to put it on my face lol

What a great decision!Alcohol free, and non-comedogenic, containing no colour, perfume or harsh chemicals that can upset my skin, this toner appears to be of a good quality and effective. After each use my skin feels soothed and hydrated. It is simple to apply and easily absorbed.I use it twice daily, after a face wash, followed by a light moisturiser from the same brand. The improvement to my skin is incredible. This is a great toner at a great price, true bargain, and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
