ingredients : 500g of flour 00 ; 50g of starch; 160g butter ; 200g icing sugar ; 50g of dark chocolate ; 50g cocoa ; 100g of milk ; one tablespoon baking vanilla ; a pinch of salt . Cream the butter and sugar until creamy well mounted . Add the cocoa and chocolate previously melted in a double boiler and mix until a smooth cream . Dissolve the salt in the milk and add it to the cream obtained , then add the flour with the starch and baking powder . Slowly knead until a smooth paste . After spreading a layer of about 8 mm to cut the dough with a cutter in the shape of heart and bake on greased baking sheet or baking paper for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees .
