I’m a teen girl myself and I’ve been eating two of these every day I really love the container and packaging of it, these kinda have an after taste but compared to others they taste really good they also smell a little off but this is kinda off the point, I really recommend these gummies for teen girls out there because their so many benefits to them.

Gummies are always great in terms of getting kids to take vitamins, but the flavor is cough syrup-y. My teenagers generally love anything candy flavored but aren’t digging the flavor.
