Have looked for a tasty flavor, NOT wheat bread for a couple of years. Found this one Bfree Seeded Brown, 14.11 Oz. The overly fiber tastelessness of other gluten free breads is a thing of the past. I found it frozen at two of our health food stores. But, the loaves were always slightly compressed (wrinkled) at one side or the other which made the slices difficult to pry apart from the frozen loaf. So I thought I'll try freezing and storing the loaves myself, ordering the box of 12 loaves. The boxed bread came tightly packed unfrozen/fresh loaves. The unfrozen slices kept calling my name, and sure enough I had to eat one, then two, it was sooooo fresh and tasty. I carefully froze each loaf, so none were pressed against any other frozen items in our freezer. Now, each slice comes apart easily. The slices are cut length wise. To eliminate tearing or holes, I use directly from the frozen loaf, toast a slice slightly for thawing or more for toast. The bread CANNOT be stored unfrozen for days like wheat bread. There is no gluten free bread made which can be stored effectively without freezing. This review is written after my second shipment in three months.

I've had over 20 loaves of this exact bread over the last year or so and love the flavor. It is a bit pricy though.In my most recent purchase of 3 loaves I have had MOLD in the first loaf after only around 2 weeks. Not good!Now reading the bag it says it must be used withing 8 days!! from here on I'll be keeping it frozen and thaw out each individual slice, since they are around $2.00 each! Just not sure about why I've not run into this before other than it is a different seller.

I received all three loafs first off earlier than expected, so that was amazing. Now for the review of the bread, first off I’m vegan and my girlfriend is No Soy, Gluten Free. So with that said all other breads have so far been literal garbage, or not full size which is hard to ever make a vegan sandwich that isn’t meant for a mouse! This bread truly taste amazing, is a very nice size, and was amazing to use for vegan smoked Gouda grilled cheese sandwiches when cut in half. This is literally the most amazing vegan, gluten free, non-gmo tasteful bread I’ve ever had! Which you will not find in stores in Ohio, so I’m thankful it was Bolo. My girlfriend actually found it while grocery shopping while she was working in Florida, best bread ever!

I have terrible issues with wheat and many years ago my Dr. recommended avoiding it.For years there weren't very many choices. Love this company for making so many types of Gluten free choices forthose of us tired of cardboard tasting bread alternatives. Love the sandwich bread..It has TASTE, isn't chalky or dry.. It's expensive, so I buy the three pack and freeze most of it. That way I don't blow through it. Try it!

Bread was awesome but once it was opened I noticed the cut in lower half of loaves. Then within 2 days of being out from freezer it just fell apart into crumbles.

I visited Ireland recently where gluten free options are a matter of course. In a Galway restaurant I was served this delicious gluten free bread baked in Dublin. I’ve not enjoyed a tasty bread like this in the US for years — since before I had to give up wheat flour. I bought a loaf from the chef for €3.50 (and I enjoyed it during the rest of my trip) and learned about Gluten Free Palace. I was delightfully surprised when I got back to the US to find the same bread available via Bolo, but at 3x the price. Never mind, I bought it anyway. These three precious loaves will stretch out over next six months for special evening treats of tea and toast. Three loaves arrived from Dublin safe, fresh, in tact, and delicious. Why can’t a US baker figure out how to make bread like this?

I liked the bread very much and it would be my favorite however the price for me is too high to purchase on a regular basis. The taste was very good and it toasted up well. The bread is a very hearty bread and it's everything I could imagine that I would want in a bread. It shipped quickly too. I hope the price goes down so I can purchase it weekly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this bread because they came three in a pack,but I don't like it. The bread doesn't taste good, the loaves are very tiny, and they make you poop excessively . Not good at all. And they are extremely expensive. A lose,lose,lose situation.I won't by these loaves again. I don't want them taking up space in my freezer either ,since I can't eat them - I might trash them. So far my Favorite Gluten Free Bread is the brand from ALDIS Store- it's just like regular bread !
