I have used this toothpaste for years and it works very well on my sensitive teeth. As long as I use this product I do not experience any sensitivity. I would suggest though that you may not be able to expect immediate results after only a few brushings. In my case it initially took several days with at least two brushings per day for the protection to build up on my teeth. I would also add a good note to this review. When I received this package of 3 tubes all of them had an expiration date that was 4 months passed. After contacting customer care I was refunded the cost of the outdated toothpaste with the customer service representative providing a pain free and efficient experience during the process.
