I suggest drinking a lot of water with these, because of the high fiber content.,It will expand in your stomach and make u feel fuller longer. This is an awesome deal!!!

These tasted so great I snacked on 3 while at my desk.......3 hours later I'm laying in bed tossing and turning farting my brains out. I'm so gassy I can adjust the pitch of the fart like an instrument. 10/10 stars.

High fiber of 9 grams. Tastes great with no funny aftertaste or side effects. The first three days I ate three a day to kick start my plumbing, then reduced it to one a day. Best value at $.75 a bar compared to IQ at $2 a bar.

Delicious but a sticky mess
We enjoyed the bars, handy for meal supplements with 20 g of protein. They were delicious too. Handling was rather difficult as these bars are very sticky.
