I've been using Anthony's Organic Hulled Sesame Seeds for a while now, and they’ve become a staple in my kitchen. The 2 lb bag is generous and offers excellent value, especially for an organic, non GMO product. The seeds are clean, fresh, and consistent in size and color. Since they’re hulled and raw, they’re super versatile I use them in everything from homemade tahini and hummus to baked goods, stir-fries, and as a topping for salads and rice bowls.

The seeds are clean, fresh, and ready to use, without the bitterness of unhulled seeds. While raw, they toast beautifully for homemade halawa (halvah), hummus dips, cookies, Asian bowls, and more. A fantastic choice for cooking, baking, or making tahini!

My go to for homemade bread, pizza, hamburger buns and wheat thins. Assuming sesame seeds are sesame seeds, but you can't beat the value versus a quarter cup for $8 at the grocery store.
