I’ve purchase this 4 pack salsa 6 times but now 7 times in the past 3-4 years because it always tasted good and worth the price for four jars. It’s now more expensive than ever before. The taste isn’t the same. It use to be thick and tasty with a hint of heat. Me and my girls love the medium flavor because you get a kick of heat but not to hot.This time around it tasted like the restaurant style salsa which always taste watery to me and less flavor. Yes, this medium I ordered on February 5th, 2025 taste exactly like that “WATER”. Flavorless like you’re just eating plain tomatoes.So after opening jar we all thought maybe it was expired but nope it wasn’t. Good to Nov 7th 2025. Maybe because shelf life is less than a year the flavor is turning tasteless.I must say it does taste very fresh. Maybe some ingredients changed. It’s definitely doesn’t taste like salsa from this brand that I always purchase even if it’s not from Bolo.Another thing me and my 2 girls ate almost entire jar. That never happens. Usually have more for another day or two. Its watered down so much the tomatoes and green peppers stays to the bottom of jar. It’s like scooping up juice. It use to have a thick texture.It’s a decent price for a 4 pack but not worth the taste for a hint of watery flavor. Ugh! Now have 3 left to finish. It’s not that bad it’s not that great but we love flavor.
