I have tried several nasal devices and sent a few back, I believe these are the best on the market and for some reason not sold in Walgreens or CVS. Ive looked. They sell the strips though, the strips only last me 2 hours, then at some point they just become loose and they are never on my nose when I wake up in the morning. I discovered these in Vancouver visiting a family member. These are the best you can get, the ones with out the vapor release work just as well for me. Beware that if you ware these wrong you might have a scab on the inside of your nose the next morning. Most importantly you will sleep great.

The nose clearing vapors work GREAT, best nights sleep in a long time. BOTH nostrils wide open. HOWEVER after one night the vapors were gone. They claim it works UP TO 10 nights, well I guess 1 is "up to 10". I did rinse with cold water after using and placed in their sealed holder. Didn't help. No vapors 2nd night. I there were vapors, that I couldn't smell, they didn't work. I you need the vapors to open your nasal passages, look elsewhere. Just get the ones without vapors.

The menthol is almost too strong at first but for me after the first night i cant smell the menthol at all. I prefer the plain ones.

Great sleep aid. Much better than nasal trips but the menthol is gone in a day.

These do a great job of opening the nose to keep from getting stuffed up while sleeping. The menthol, camphor and eucalyptus scent crystals work like having Vick's Vapor Rub right in your nostrils and help keep the nose open. They click tightly in place with no slippage during the night.. My wife uses them nightly and I use mine if I awaken during the night. My skin seems to react to silicon in anything that is closely applied tightly for more than a few hours, so I can't wear them overnight, but they help me breathe during the last half of the night.

I have a problem snoring very loud because of sinus problems with these sleep rights my snoring is much better and I wake up with less sinus issues. My husband bought me my first one and said that they let him sleep better I was waking him up all night long. I've been looking for these in stores for years. I had never thought to get online. Now I'll never go to bed without them.
