We do a scavenger style hunt every year for Christmas! This was a fun one to add into the mix. My family had a hard time figuring out how to get it open.

Bought this to hide some money for a relative for Christmas - For the price I paid (less than $10) can't really complain about it since it was in one piece. Didn't come with instructions so had to watch the video to figure out how to remove the pieces - they were very tight and I will probably want to sand it down some so the recipient doesn't just smash it with a hammer. But really, for the price, clever and nice.

My 8 year old was thrilled with this puzzle box and absolutely loved stashing things inside however, the build quality is pretty sad. On day one, one of wood pieces came unglued and we had to re-glue it in place. Also my son repeatedly got frustrated by the fact the box would not close correctly. After a little touch up sanding in the garage it now fits much better. It's cheap, it's fun, but it could be better with 1 minute of sanding.

A good inexpensive puzzle box to put money or gift cards into. Mine was very tight so I worried that my 12 year-old granddaughter may have trouble opening it so I sanded some of the parts. Since some people complained that the parts were too tight or too loose, you have to realize that this is made of all wood. Wood swells when it's humid and shrinks when it's dry. With that in mind, I think this box is a deal at the price.

Item was not constructed with enough precision. Was pretty difficult to get the pieces apart the first time. I was afraid it would break from the prying it took. Then it was very difficult to reassamble, namely the larger drawer. The pieces were not cut or glued together with enough precision, and it even had a gap in the bottom. This made it very hard to insert back into the box frame. Returning for a refund.

Fun way to give a gift of Cash. My teenage grandson was just the right age for it. Take some thought, but better than a card that just gets ripped open.
Great quality.
It was gift, and was very well received. (They couldn't figure it out, which was fun, too.) We were even able to hide a token gift inside.

The one I received the small draw just falls out..
The instructions say it’s a puzzle fund the side piece then open the big draw which will open the small draw. The one I received the small draw just falls out…
Came broken
The overall puzzle itself wasn't bad. However, it was a nightmare trying to figure out how it was supposed to work when it came in five pieces instead of three. Obviously cheap material and even that wasn't glued together properly. Some super glue was enough to fix everything but the sheer amount of sawdust made me consider returning it.
