Glidden® Barn & Fence is an exterior finish for properly prepared new or previously painted wood substrates. Product may also be used for incidental application on masonry, fiber cement board, and metal. It offers high-durability with a mildew-resistant coating and works great on exterior surfaces regularly exposed to the elements. Do not use on vinyl siding, steps, walkways, floors or other traffic areas.

paint was leaking all over in box wanted me to send back to get refund but i wasnt trying to get that paint out of the box had to throw hole thing away

This paint has a flat finish. It is not glossy or thick. We used i on wooden steps leading into our shore home. It applied well and evenly. We are not sure how it will hold up to foot traffic. The deck stain / paint product we used on the steps previously did not hold up beyond 5 years and it had a 30 year life lifetime on it. Fingers crossed

I have never seen paint you couldn't mix. I feel the paint was old and had been sitting on the shelves too long. Couldn't use it

The paint itself is fine, but the package came with the lid of one gallon loose and paint all over the box. About one fourth of the paint had spilled out. What a mess, but I didn't think it was worth trying to repackage it and send it back!
