It includes things like B12 in its methylated form, calcium from algae, and selenium which I like for heart and prostate support. Not something too important to me but It’s also vegan, gluten-free, and doesn’t have any artificial fillers or colors. There’s even a blend of herbs like turmeric, ginger, and astragalus which I appreciate for overall wellness.When I compare it to Garden of Life, I don’t notice any difference in how I feel day to day. Garden of Life has a longer list of organic fruits and vegetables and a really high dose of B12, but unless you specifically need that, I honestly think this does the job just as well. Plus, the price is way better.
