This dissolves slowly which is what I want. Gives a long time for the methylcobalamin to get absorbed while in the mouth, which is what should happen. There is no artificial sweetener flavor. My only minor complaint is that it leaves a chalky pink residue in my pill container.

I’d recommend anyone that feels tired or just very exhausted to just try this product and see if you like it. It was very effective for me and I hope it is for you! It’s a small purple pill that tastes like Smarties candy.

I’ve been using the Bolo Elements Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin 5000 mcg for a couple of weeks now. While the taste is pleasant and easy to take, I honestly haven’t noticed any difference in my energy levels. I was hoping for a bit of a boost, but it feels like my energy is the same as before I started taking it.That said, it’s affordable, and I like that it’s made with clean ingredients. It might work better for others, but in my experience, it didn’t give me the energy lift I was expecting.
