It is soothing and effective. Will buy again.Update: this balm continues to please me. This is not life-threatening just uncomfortable. The balm soothes the skin again and after actually finding out about the ingredients I feel it’s good for the sensitive skin without mystery artificial chemicals.

The fact that it only contains all-natural ingredients, has an extremely faint but pleasant odor, and that it comes in a glass jar with a metal lid (zero risk of BPAs) makes this product seem lovingly homemade.🌸

Omg I just got this today and I’m already obsessed!!! A little goes a long way and I looked up all the ingredients and the benefits of all the ingredients are amazing! Feels great and instant relief! I even put it on before sex and I had no pain! (Premenopausal)

From the moment I first applied felt relief from dryness. I have been very pleased with effectiveness of product. My only disappointment is that after being very very careful with placement of product (other reviews stating breakage of plastic lid) a month to this day top split!! 1st thing I noticed was there was a burn after application that I had to wipe off, this had never happened before so I'm thinking possible air exposer damaged product???? I will only re-order because manufacture states they have replaced plastic top with metal, I will return if I receive with plastic!!

I just happened onto this product after trying several others & boy this product does everything I needed. With ongoing itch I needed to find relief & the first time I used this balm it worked *perfectly* with NO smell...easy to apply...instant relief! I'm a senior & I'm sure others have my same problem>>>give this a try & find relief like I did.

The lid is ridiculous. Every single time it breaks. It's not dropped or tightened. The product itself is great but the packing engineer needs to go.
