I used to go broke spending $20 on Beauty Blenders until I found these Real Techniques sponges! These are so much more affordable and work just as well, if not better! They are slightly larger and I love that there’s a flat edge on them too. They hold up really well and I don’t have issues with them ripping/tearing often.I have tried a few different types of the sponges that Real Techniques offers, but I was not as impressed with the other versions. If you’re looking for something to apply foundation, concealer, etc with that will be the most similar to the Beauty Blender, get this orange one!

Although I have recently found some reasonably-priced beauty sponges that work very well, nothing could replace my Real Techniques blending sponge. It's been a holy grail product of mine for years.The flat edge is perfect for applying loose setting powder under my eyes.It's nice and soft, but that does make it prone to damage and faster to break down. So depending on how often you use to apply your makeup, it may need to be replaced often. Use a mild bar soap to clean, and when squeezing out the excess water, DO NOT dig your fingernails into the sponge!I loved that I was able to pick this up for under $10 and that it came with the protective case. Seriously, the case is everything. I don't usually travel with my sponge, but since getting a mischievous little kitten back in December, it's been challenging to keep my beauty tools safe.Again, I'm all about the RT beauty sponge!
