Easy to install, but not very sturdy. Tighten enough for plate not to move bends the mounting plate where the washer goes and it rotates. Plus somebody walked by and bent my licence plate when hitting leg on it. Wish the mounting plate was same size as license plate itself.

Hit two medium sized animals lol. Well despite other reviews this is pretty sturdy. It might have some flex but once you install your plate that's practically gone. Sits perfectly on my mk7 gti i would highly recommend this plate relocation.

It's okay. Hard to keep the license plate centered for a long period of time. Only have had it for a month or so and have already had to redo the installation around 3 times. Looks good when it's centered, but expect to constantly recenter the frame. Also takes quite a while to re install.

The product is very easy to install and seems to be solidly constructed. It saves the hassle of drilling holes in the bumper and avoids the possibility of blocking the radar cruise control sensor from trying to mount the plate in the front center of the bumper. While it takes some getting used to seeing the plate mounted off to the side and not flush to the bumper, I do appreciate that dirt and water won’t be trapped behind the plate.

It was super easy to install and it fit my 2018 GTI well. I've been using it for about a week or so far so good. I wish it stuck out from the car just a little bit more but as long as I don't lose a license plate I'll deal with it. I don't take my car through automatic car washes so I can't speak to how much it can stand in that regard but I'll be back with updates if something happens to it.

For what it's worth it's not a bad product.. but my issue is that I don't always have time to hand wash my car and I'm not gonna remove the plate everytime I got to a car wash.. long story short doesn't matter how tight you crank the bolt holding it together carwash will spin it lose or rip it off unless you jb weld it together

I've driven a week with the tow hook, around 500 miles of highway driving and 100 of normal city driving. So far the plate mount holds up and no issues. I wish it came with instructions since it was my first time installing something like this.

Do not buy
Do not buy this mount. The screw for the tow hook is wrong and will not fit any car. It need to be a reverse screw and it is not. To get your refund, you will need to spend $15 to return post it. This should not be sold by Bolo, where are their quality controls???
