Product does the job as to helping dry up your sinus cavity, but it would be much more helpful if they gave more 'day time' ones. They give you 8 night time ones (good for 8 nights) but only 12 day time ones (taken every 4 hours you only get (at 3 per day plus 1 night time) 4 days worth. UNLESS you take TWO during the night (they do say they are good for only 4 hours, just like the daytime ones), but that means you need to wake up after 4 hours to take another OR end up with 4 extra night time pills.I don't see why they couldn't have made them 4 eight hour pills (for nights) instead.But it does the job. I just miss my Actifed that I used to buy in little bottles of 100 - too bad they got rid of that (darn meth heads use them to make meth) AND changed the formula back in 2006. I have had sinus trouble all my life and took Actifed on a regular basis (as needed), usually at night, but the ingredients changed and it no longer works as well.

Great to have daytime AND nighttime meditation in one box. I don't get sick that often so there's no need for large bottles of meds that will expire before I use even half of them up. This is the perfect combo and number of meds to have on hand. They are effective. Probably a good idea for travel, too. So glad Sudafed came up with this idea. Smart buy!
