If you ever go birding, or to Alaska, you will want something like this - images were sharp and clear. We were all fighting over the binoculars as we spotted whales, a brown bear on the shore, a flock of eagles fighting over fish, sea otters and harbor seals. You will definitely want something like this: lightweight, compact and easy to use! I purchased it back when it was $28.00 so it was a great deal (it's more now).

I bought 2 of these, one for the wife and one for my son to use on a Alaskan cruise so we all had our own pair and they worked wonderfully and the quality for the price is impressive. Had zero fogging on the trip. I was hard pressed to find any real big difference in these and the $150 Vortex crossfire HD 10x42 I used on the trip. Certainly not $115 difference. I could have just bought 3 of these and been happy.

Exactly what I was looking for, compact, light weight, stores easily in glove box. Good magnification for its size. Clear lens. Use about once a week, feels good in the hands, focusing is easy to do on the top side of the binoculars. Have bought a few of these already. Great price.

I recently moved into a bigger apartment complex and there are so many tall apartment buildings surrounding the outside. I live on a strip that is very popular with tourist. So I now have a patio and use these binoculars to people watch. They are great!

Their okay, but not spectacular. Kinda has a weird look when focusing on a object. Hard to describe. Kinda like an aura around the object?

these are very good small binoculars for the money, i had a 8x25 from cabelas and these ar twice as good. for hunting you can count horn at 300 yards easy.

Just received the item. I must say I am hughly disappointed after all the hypes people have posted. It definitely has to be its low cost and not the quality per se. Firstly the 12x power is an exaggeration. I have many binoculars in my collection with different configurations and this obviously is not 12x. It is not even an 8x power. I have some unpleasant experiences with China brand (not China made) binoculars. On initial examination you can tell that the quality is a bit lacking. The rubberised body is rough and it is not compact. But in spite of the negativities, there are 3 positives. Firstly, it has twist-up eye cups. Secondly, the rainguard is quite good and thirdly it is quite sharp. But had I known that this is not a 12x power bino I would not have bought it. If you are looking for a budget bino for your kid, this may be the one to go for.
