I did just install it at our vacation home. The municipal water isn't bad, but I definitely noticed a dryness to my hair that I don't feel when I wash my hair at our main home.Easy to install. It improves our low water pressure. The eight settings go from regular shower spray to harder and more focused, ending in a heavy mist.After washing my hair once, the softness and clean feeling was very noticeable. I had been swimming in a chlorine pool beforehand and let the sun dry my hair, which will leave my hair a little color treated hair a little more brittle, but it was a soft I haven't felt in a long time.After two weeks of using this shower head I am convinced that it is the way to go.

UPDATE: After using this product for several months, it leaks out the top and the shower head droops, won't stay up. Very disappointing for the amount of money it cost. Tried to get a refund from Bolo but they say we have to go to the manufacturer. Very disappointing.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I had read other reviews that mentioned noticing an immediate improvement and I didn't expect to experience that. So I was amazed at the difference in how my hair felt and looked after the first shower with this shower head. Our well water is extremely harsh and this shower head has made a big difference in the water quality.As others have written the shower head is large, much bigger than I expected, but it has worked fine for us. Also we don't have a lot of water pressure as I saw another reviewer state that was a problem for them, but the shower head has not given us any trouble. I've just left it on the setting that has the most water coming out. I wish I would have discovered this years ago.

The shower head is extremely hard to open to change the filter. Ultimately I had to remove the shower head snd get a pair of pliers when all else failed. It ruined some of the threads on the shower adapter trying to get it open. The filters come pre-installed from the factory and now I know why. After an hour I finally was able to change the filter

My husband installed this shower head within 2 minutes - super easy! This is the second T9 shower head I've bought, so we have them in both bathrooms now. I love that it's filtered and I truly believe it's made a difference in my daughter's eczema, as well as the softness of my hair. This is a must for hard water!

Esta es mi segunda compra, este diseño es más simple y más robusto, a pesar de ser un producto costoso, es durable y realmente obtienes no solo el beneficio de filtrar impurezas y cloro del agua, también disminuye el consumo de agua, mi primer cabezal me duro más de 6 años, y realmente pudo durar más, se deterioró por que no cambie el filtro cuando debía y se obstruyó dañando los empaques, por mejorar comparando la versión antigua con esta nueva imagen: obtenía más presión del chorro de agua con el antiguo diseño y eso me gustaba, por lo demás, perfecto

Product came in a very nice box. It make me not to open coz it’s too pretty. It’s Bigger than the first that I purchased which is good. I just don’t like that usps left it in the front door of the business on a weekends, gladly to one pick it up. It came with a filter, but sadly I have to order replacement directly to t3 coz Bolo don’t have it… highly recommend

I loved this at first. I have so much calcium in my water it was causing me to have dandruff. At first this worked great. However, after maybe a month or more of having it, I am able to smell the calcium in the water again (if that makes sense). For how expensive this was, I was hoping the filter would last longer than it has. My hair was getting healthier at the beginning, but now it’s going limp again because the filter probably needs to be changed againAlso—this shower head is massive. In the picture I’m holding our old one compared to this one

Not sure what people mean about the pressure, I think it's the perfect one on the far right setting. I'm just so happy because it's stopped my upper arms from getting itchy!!
