These are trustwortI Like this I use it in beansoup I like it because it does not desintigrate when boiled multiple times. I usually buy this from the grocery store. I bought it from Boloe once because the store was out of stock. It may be less wxpensive to buy in the grocery store.

Okay, other than making our own homemade pasta, this pasta is my favorite. I especially love it when I make tuna casserole. It's very hearty, and the shape is easy to eat, but also holds onto what I mix with it, whether it's steamed veggies and sauce, or ground meat, etc.

Italians rave about slow dried pasta. This one was excellent. The shape makes the bite extra special. It holds the sauce really well and transforms your pasta dish into something entirely better than it was with other regular pasta. My only con was the price. A great pasta for special occasions.
