I recently had a kidney transplant and my nails were peeling and thin and my hair was thinning due to the anti rejection medications. I've been taking this for 4 weeks now and my nails are stronger than I remember them being in years! The ridges are even fading away. I'm actually shocked at how good they look.It hasn't seemed to help my hair thicken, but maybe it's helping keeping it from falling out even more. But the benefits to my nails are proof enough to be that this is good stuff. It doesn't make me feel queesy at all (most supplements do) so that is definitely an extra bonus.

I take folic acid for my thyroid gland. I didn't know so many ladies are taking it to get pregnant. That is interesting. it is however, a good product this 365 brand.

I got this when my husband and I were TTC, and was worried about various gastrointestinal distress side effects other reviews mentioned, especially since I have a fairly weak stomach. And yet! No problems, and they're easy to take as well. I ended up taking 2 of these a day as my doctor recommended no less than 1000mg a day at least a month before conceiving (switching to actual prenatal vitamins once pregnant)

Love that its vegan. The only reason I bought it. Oddly, I feel like it helps with hangovers. I dont drink as often as Id want to because I hate hangovers but the last time I drank I didnt feel like super sh** the next day and this is the only thing that i had done differently. Ill need a few more times to know for sure. Ill try to remember to update in a year.

I was a little skeptical at first when ordering folic acid to take during my pregnancy online. Although I knew I had to try something, this brand and dosage is amazing. I get all the folic acid I need for a healthy pregnancy the tablets are small (helps tremendously with nausea), there is no aftertaste and the price is great! Thank you for such a great product!
