Cooked the pasta last night to serve with garlic shrimp with a butter sauce. The pasta exceed my expectations.

Takes longer to cook than the listed time. I usually do 13-ish minutes in salted water. Love the texture of the pasta, perfect for holding onto the sauce!

Best pasta i've ever purchased! Superb for bolognese. The pasta has the perfect thickness, little lumps to gather more sauce and has an ideal meaty chew. Can't go wrong with this one. Amazing value for something of this quality!

Very yummy. This comes out like massive ribbon noodles, almost like ribbon or bowtie pasta.

I used this product to eat. What kind of a question is that by the way I had it for dinner I didn’t fill my engine tank with it. Honestly it’s expensive but you get what you pay for at least with food. The only thing better than this is fresh you can’t eat fresh That chewy fresh pasta al dente there’s nothing else like it. This is second best and if you want to dollar pasta, that’s the kind of dinner you’re gonna have.
