If you love pasta but don’t want a bunch of added “ingredients” then give this a shot. It’s got one ingredient (other than water). I've used this penne pasta for everything from baked dishes to simple weeknight meals, and it always turns out pretty well. The pasta holds its shape nicely and has a good texture when cooked al dente. It works great with thick sauces and bakes well in casseroles. My only issue is that it can go from perfect to overcooked pretty fast, so you really have to keep an eye on the timing. The packaging is simple but keeps the pasta fresh. For the price and quality, it’s a reliable pantry staple I’ll continue to buy regularly.
