Now a favorite. You can boil the water with or without a pinch of salt. Follow the directions, and drain. Be sure to use enough water to cover, because it will boil dry and you will end up scrapping it out, which you don't want. Added a little olive oil mayonnaise and chicken, or tuna-- a real meal, soooo good! Also, delicious with stewed tomatoes and cheese. (mother's favorite). 1/2cup is a full meal, might even feed 2. (added olive oil while it cooks). Want to try to layer it, like lasagna & bake. Enjoy!
