Crunchy and even crunchy. They are IMPORTED from FRANCE, "i'm so sure" I would highly recommend. Great with salads, etc.

The picture is way different from what I received. Oh my god I had mini toasts from other brands and thought it will be similar but they are way too small and on top of it every piece is broken also I don’t get the logic of Bolo while booking groceries or food items it shows that you should get more but they send separate packages no matter what. Worst experience ever.

When this arrived I reread what they said about them amd realized I must have miss read or didn’t see wheree it saidd MINIToast LOL beccaause they are dno kifding about the size of a postage stamp. They are. Crisp like a cracker and have little to no taste. My husband likes them in his soup. LOL I honestly thouoght they were rolls tthat i was going to heat up in the ovene on Thanksgiving. I have no clue how I got that out of thiss but it waas my fault. But just to llet you know they remind me of the crumbs you get out of the toaster after they have been in there a while. To each his own.

I will admit I laughed when I opened the Bolo bag. Somehow my lil toasts survived all in one piece...well slices. I will also admit they are not quite the size I was expecting. Now I have visions of little Gnomes baking away these tiny loaves. All kidding aside, yes they are small but a perfect size for a slice of pepperoni and cheese. No I will not buy them again but not because of packaging, expiration date or taste. They just didn't fit what I was thinking it would be is all. It was $4, no biggie. Imma go have a mini PB&J...or 5. I do like them though.

Perfect for something to munch on while watching TV, reading, making appetizers, to crumble on salads in place of croutons, and you can probably think of some uses I haven't thought of yet! Highly recommended, but I just wish they'd pack them better so I don't get so many broken ones that are destined to be croutons! LOL!
